1. Privacy Policy

Personal data we collect: when you submit a form on this website, we collect your full name, telephone number and email address. When you contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive the information you choose to share, which may include photographs and X-rays of your teeth.

Technical data: to deliver and protect the form, we process your IP address, browser information, the page you submitted from and, where present, advertising identifiers (such as Google click identifiers and campaign parameters).

Purposes: to respond to your request, to prepare and communicate a personalised treatment plan and quote, to arrange your appointment, to prevent misuse of the website and, with your consent, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Legal grounds: your explicit consent given when submitting the form; the establishment and performance of a contract at your request; our legitimate interest in the security of the website; and our legal obligations.

Retention: we keep your request for as long as necessary to respond to it and to provide any treatment you agree to, and thereafter for the periods required by law. Data that is no longer needed is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Recipients: we do not sell your personal data. Your data may be shared with our hosting, communication and form-processing service providers and, where you have consented to cookies, with Google for advertising measurement. Some of these providers may store data outside Türkiye; such transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 6698 and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. Cookie Policy

Strictly necessary storage: the website stores a small amount of information in your browser (for example, the advertising campaign that brought you to the site and whether you have already submitted a request) so that your request is handled correctly. This information is kept for up to 90 days.

Advertising and analytics cookies: if enabled on this website, Google Ads and Google Analytics cookies are used only to measure which advertisements bring patients to the Clinic. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before these cookies are set and can refuse them.

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from using this website or sending a request.

3. Terms of Use

This website provides general information about dental implant treatment at Alanya Dental Place. By using it, you accept these terms.

The content of this website, including texts, photographs, videos and logos, belongs to Alanya Dental Place or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Submitting a form or sending a message does not create a treatment contract. A treatment plan and quote become binding only after a clinical examination at the Clinic and your written agreement.

We make every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete at all times. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Alanya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

4. Medical & Legal Disclaimer

The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. It does not replace an examination by a dentist.

Whether dental implant treatment is suitable for you can only be decided after a clinical examination and radiographic imaging. Treatment duration, the number of visits and results vary from patient to patient.

Like every surgical procedure, implant treatment carries risks, including swelling, pain, bleeding, infection, nerve injury and implant failure. Before treatment, your dentist explains the risks, alternatives and expected outcomes, and your informed consent is obtained in writing.

Patient photographs and videos on this website show individual cases and are published with the patients’ consent. They do not guarantee a similar result for you.

5. Patient Rights

In accordance with the Patient Rights Regulation of the Republic of Türkiye, every patient of the Clinic has the right to: receive information about their health condition, the proposed treatment, its alternatives and risks in a language they understand; give or refuse consent to treatment and withdraw consent at any time; request copies of their medical records; privacy and the confidentiality of their health information; be treated with respect and dignity; and submit complaints.

Requests and complaints can be sent to info@alanyadentalplace.com or made in person at the Clinic. We respond within 30 days at the latest.

6. KVKK Information Notice (Law No. 6698)

Data controller: Alanya Dental Place, Oba Mahallesi, Hayri Doğan Caddesi No:21/A, 07410 Alanya / Antalya, Türkiye.

Processed data: identity data (full name), contact data (telephone number, email address), transaction security data (IP address, browser data) and marketing data (advertising identifiers). Health data (such as photographs and X-rays) is processed only if you send it to us, and only with your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted under Article 6 of Law No. 6698.

Purposes and legal grounds: responding to your request, preparing a treatment plan and quote, communicating with you and carrying out our activities in accordance with the law, on the grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 — in particular your explicit consent, the establishment of a contract, our legal obligations and our legitimate interests.

Collection method: electronically, through the forms on this website and through WhatsApp, Telegram, telephone and email.

Transfers: your data may be transferred to our service providers (hosting, communication and form-processing services) and, where required, to authorised public institutions. Transfers abroad are made in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 6698.

Your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698: to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about the processing; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom the data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction of the data; to request that third parties be notified of such correction or deletion; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
